We usually ship out order within 24 - 72 hours if the product you order is in stock. Please note that our inventory changes constantly, and all products on our website are not guaranteed to be in stock at time of purchase. If your order is out of stock, we will contact you by email immediately; Therefore, please provide a valid e-mail address to us. It will take 2-3 more days for us to process your order if it is out of stock.All of our order ships by EMS. After we ship out your order, you will be receiving a tracking number and tracking method to your email, then you will be able to track the status of your order.

Exchage&Refund Policy:

Exchange&Refund policies Acceptable reasons for exchange are following: We ship an incorrect item(s) from what you order. The product(s) is/are defected. PLS contact with us in 24 hours when you got the package.we will help you to exchange a purchase.The product(s) is/are in incorrect size; In this case, if we receive the items back and the size is correct, we will ship the same item back to you .Otherwise, Please not that you will have to ship back your items to our warehouse in China. And if you will keep the items and reorder new items or new size.We will credit you with a $20 dollars shipping fee for you along with your new item. Return&Exchange Policy

If you do wrong size by accident .PLS contact with us in 24-48 hours when you got the package.we will help you to exchange a purchase. Shipping charges for additional exchanges (returning and reshipping ) will be the customer's responsibility.And you don't like out boots,the customer will charge the returning cost and shipping cost from our warehouse.We invite your attention to don't use the "shelf box"alone when you ship goods back.Only package in a separate shipping box accept.Please kindly understanding this key point.For any more questions,pls contact us
